For most of our products, we offer a limited 30 Day Return Policy. If your items arrive damaged or broken, we pay return shipping and can get you a new item sent out asap.

What's the return policy if...
I changed my mind
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is not paid for. The full amount, minus shipping, will be refunded as long as the items and packaging are in the same condition they left. The returned items must arrive at our returns facility within the 30-day return window.
Something is damaged/broken
We will either refund the full amount or get another item sent out as soon as possible at no cost. Our team will work with carriers and shipping insurance for damaged items.
Sufficient froof of the damage is required.
I don't have my receipt or order #
Check your email for a copy of your receipt first. If you are still lacking proof of purchase, we may require an email address and government-issued ID to check our system, then a customer service representative will determine whether to accept or deny the return. Returns for this method will not include state sales taxes and fees and the item return price will be at the lowest previous sale price for each item.
I want to exchange an item
Exchanges are accepted only with a receipt and the remaining purchase cost must be paid at the time of the exchange.
