For most of our items, we ship every business day. Handling times can take 1 hour to 2 business days depending on the cutoff time. Shipping times vary but are generally 3 - 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.
How long does shipping take?
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose the estimated arrival date from the options provided.
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing us to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process before shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.
PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight, or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or might be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
How do I change my shipping address after I placed an order?
You can change your shipping options as long as we haven't started the shipping process, generally if you have not received a shipping email. This is usually within 30 minutes to 2 hours after placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped, we are usually able to reroute the package only on the first day after shipment and generally for a shipping fee from the carrier. Contact us as soon as possible to avoid shipping delays.
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
No. Some different items have different shipping methods, but one order can only ship to one address.
Simply place a second order. Try using the shopping cart's "Save for Later" option on items you want to ship differently, then add them back after placing the first order.
