For most of our items, we have a 1-Year Warranty. This warranty generally covers items being used only as intended, installed correctly, or used within its recommended time frame. If an item meets the requirements to be covered, we will usually replace, repair, or refund the cost of the items under warranty on a case-by-case basis.

If the item was being used as intended, installed correctly, not expired, and a customer service representative agrees, then yes you are covered.
How long is my product warranty?
Items sold by Tru Discount Building Supply are generally covered by a 1-Year warranty. Some items have other warranties. No warranty exceeds an item's expiration date.
What does the warranty include?
Our limited warranty includes damage, defect, deterioration, of the item itself. The warranty offers the price paid for the item only, paid to the purchaser as either a refund, replacement or other option.
